Reflection
There are moments in life when we feel like we don't have much to offer.
No perfect words.
No clear solutions.
No ability to fix what's in front of us.
Just presence.
And yet, more often than not, that's exactly what's needed.
Showing up isn't about having the right answer. It's about being willing to sit in the moment with someone else. To listen. To stay. To not rush past what's uncomfortable.
I've seen this in leadership, in caregiving, and in everyday life.
The people who make the biggest difference aren't always the ones with the most insight. They're the ones who stay when it would be easier to step away.
Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is simply be there.
And trust that it's enough.
